A Taylorcraft Strut Thank You!
"Thought I would let you know that I got the struts on my Taylorcraft today. I was very impressed with your struts. They are much more beefy than the ones that were on the plane, Many thanks for a great product." - Marvin Holck

Why wouldn't you rebuild with a Widebody?
Question: How much bigger is it?
Answer: A lot.
Question: Do I have to change out other components?
Answer: Not much. Wide-Body fuselage requires use of Airframes Alaska's Wide-Body
Cabane Vee and Wide-Body Shock Strut.
The boot cowl, floorboards, windshield, skylight, and headliner
must also be adapted to fit, and we can provide those for you as well.
Question: Does it fly differently?
Answer: Some say it is faster.
Question: Any downside to using the Widebody?
Answer: It weighs a little more than a standard fuselage.
