Airframes Alaska Earns Rank on Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies for a Fourth Time.

August 17, 2021

Palmer, Alaska – Airframes Alaska LLC is proud to announce it has again landed on the annual Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America for the fourth time. This prestigious ranking placed Airframes Alaska at number 3,019, making Airframes only one of two Alaskan-based companies ranked in 2021.

With 127% 3-Year Growth, Airframes Alaska has consistently held its position as a top-ranked Inc. 5000 business in the United States. The Inc. 5000 list has become the hallmark of entrepreneurial success and we are proud to be named a repeat honoree with prior rankings in 2015, 2016, and 2020.

This achievement can be attributed to continued growth across our major product segments including the 2020 acquisition of, Fairbanks-based Northern Sled Works Inc., a fabricator of sleds ideal for winter camping, hunting, trapping, and Arctic expeditions. Airframes Alaska continues the tradition of building these legendary sleds in Fairbanks, Alaska, now in their 25th year.

"We always enjoy a little national recognition for our Alaskan company. We have a great group of employees, and they are already working on making the list again next year," says Sean McLaughlin, CEO of Airframes Alaska. "Thank you to our customers for their continued loyalty and support. It means the world to us."

“The 2021 Inc. 5000 list feels like one of the most important rosters of companies ever compiled,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Building one of the fastest-growing companies in America in any year is a remarkable achievement. Building one in the crisis we’ve lived through is just plain amazing. This kind of accomplishment comes with hard work, smart pivots, great leadership, and the help of a whole lot of people.”
