Whether it's heavy snow load, windy conditions, or tough flying through the roughest backcountry, these struts are a pilot's best insurance against damage. Aviat Husky lifetime sealed front struts comes with a 5/8" stainless steel fork.

Airframes Alaska Lifetime Struts satisfy all current FAA Airworthiness Directives and do not require the recurrent inspections dictated by AD 99-01-05.

Powder Coating
Husky struts come powder coated Insignia White. If you'd like your Husky front strut powder coated to a custom color, please note at checkout and we'll call you for color details and lead time (typically two to three weeks).

Struts cannot be powder coated once they leave our factory. Non-factory powder coating of a sealed strut destroys the preventative qualities of the oil inside and may distort the shape of the strut. Airframes Alaska is the only strut manufacturer with an FAA approved method for powder coating struts.
