Order Status
Has my order shipped?
 

To check the shipping status of your order, first log into your account. On your "My Account" page, click the "Review order/track packages" link. If tracking numbers are listed there, your order has shipped.


How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
 

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the Change quantities/cancel orders link to find and edit your order. Please note that once we've begun processing your order, it is no longer editable online. In this case we're also happy to change your order over the phone. Give us a call at 907-331-4480 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. AKST.


How do I track my order?
 

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Tracking numbers will also be provided to you via email once your order ships.

My order never arrived.
 

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If your order has shipped, the site will list tracking numbers. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email. Check with the shipper directly to confirm if your where you shipment is and whether it has been delivered. If they show them as delivered but you do not have them, please contact our shipping department at 907-331-4480 for assistance.


I think I received the wrong product.
 

If you have either ordered or been sent the wrong product, please call our sales staff at 907-331-4480 within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.


My order is missing parts.
 

Although we carefully bag and label all parts, sometimes they can be hard to find in the box. Double check that the parts aren't compressed into the hard foam packaging. Next, check to see if your order is coming in more than one package. Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site and then navigate to your orders page. Check all displayed Package Tracking Numbers with the shipper. If your packages each show a status of "delivered," please contact our shipping clerk at 907-331-4480 for assistance. When will my back order arrive?
 

While not common, due to demand some of our more popular parts are occasionally backordered. When this happens we'll almost always note it on the product page. If you place an online order for a backordered part, we'll contact you directly either by phone or email with the expected date of shipment. You'll hear from us again when your item ships.
